AIMS

Instituteof Credit and E-Commerce was established to respond to the national strategicplan for establishing a sound social credit system, developing e-commerce, andstrengthening the research of policies and regulations, standards, planning,innovation of technology and innovation mode.

FUNCTIONS

Researchon E-commerce: to carry out the researches on E-commerce development strategy,e-commerce technology innovation and mode innovation and industry application,cross-border e-commerce, online supply chain financing, internet finance and soon.

Researchon credit management: to carry out the researches on credit economy, the creditservice industry development and policy promotion, enterprise credit managementmode and technical advance; Carry out credit investigation, credit evaluation,credit insurance, commercial factoring, credit guarantee and trade receivablescollection norms and empirical studies.

Researchon the construction of credit system: to carry out the studies on social creditsystem, regional and industry credit system construction planning, laws andregulations and standards etc., and to carry out the studies on the overallframework of the credit system, operational mechanism, mechanism of action,model building and path building.

Creditrating and certification: to develop the basic norms of credit rating andcertification, and to carry out credit rating and certification activities inaccordance with the relevant national regulations and technical standards. Tokeep track of the changes in the corporate credit rating systems in the keyindustries and regions in China, and regularly publish the Report onNon-financial Listing Corporation Financial Security Assessment in China.
