Ms. Xing Houyuan is the Vice President of CAITEC and Senior Research Fellow. She is an expert awarded the special government allowance of the State Council and a member of the Davos World Economic Forum Global Agenda Councils.


She is a candidate for the National Program of New Century Talent Bank and winner of the awards for outstanding female scientific and technological workers in the central government departments, outstanding Communist Party members and eminent female staffs in MOFCOM.
She also works as the editor-in-chief of the Guidance on Investment and Economic Cooperation by Countries/Regions of MOFCOM.
